A resolution passed by the United States and Israel at the United Nations on Friday to address the issue of epidemic Kovid-18.  Out of a total of 143 member states, Ukraine and Hungary, which voted in favor of the resolution, abstained from voting 14-2.  The resolution calls for international cooperation and solidarity to control the epidemic, which has posed the most challenges in the history of the United Nations, to reduce the outbreak and its consequences.  Its member states are required to provide safe, high-quality, effective and inexpensive diagnostics, equipment and vaccines in a timely manner to combat COVID-14.  "As soon as a safe, effective and affordable vaccine is available to reduce the spread of the epidemic and reduce its spread of infections, vaccination will be beneficial to global health," he said.  The decision will be a timely step for the epidemic and will pay deep tribute to the victims, said Afghan Ambassador Adila Raj and Croatian counterpart Evan Simonovic.
