Notice of the High Court to file a reply on the issue of opening religious institutions in the state.  The court issued notices to the state government and all parties involved in the case.  The court ruled on October 10 that the state government could decide on the opening of a religious institution outside the content zone.

However, the notice calls for a decision on why the state government has not yet taken a decision.  The state government has informed the High Court that no financial assistance can be provided to the services of various temples affected by the lockdown.  The government has said it will violate Article 27 of the Constitution.  The Kendrapara Baldevjiu Mandir and the Kakatpur Ma Mangala Mandir have filed two cases against the service.
