 A man was shot dead in broad daylight in the country's national capital, Delhi.


 According to sources, the incident took place in Madhu Bihar.  Some strangers suddenly opened fire on a car parked in the middle of the road before anyone could understand.  The driver of the car was killed in the crash.  Preliminary investigations revealed that the miscreant fired four rounds at the driver.


 Upon hearing the news of the shooting, police rushed to the scene and began efforts to apprehend the accused.  It was not immediately clear when the report was written.  Details are pending.
